Estellencs Cove

Just 8 minutes by car from the house we find one of the most picturesque and paradisiacal coves of Mallorca on the island, Cala Estellencs. In summer, its calm turquoise waters and its sunsets are the jewel of the local inhabitants of the town. The bar "Sa punteta" puts the icing on the cake located right on the sea, there is no more privileged place in Mallorca from which to contemplate a sunset while having your favorite soft drink under its cane porch.

Cala Estellencs is an isolated cove made of stones, very peculiar, hidden under a vertical cliff of red clay, enveloping the visitor in a place far from the ordinary. This cove originated as a refuge for fishermen in the area, on one of its sides you will find a small jetty. The Torrente de Son Fortuny flows into the beach, and if you carry water, you can take the opportunity to take a shower. It is not usually very popular with tourists, so they will meet local bathers almost exclusively. The fact that the cove does not have any sandy area makes its level of occupation low and the clarity of the water exceptional.

Access: If you have a private vehicle, you should go to the village of Estellencs. From here, they must descend to the beach. Everything is clearly marked. Parking in the cove is very limited (15 cars) so we recommend going early in the morning to be able to park.
